Pregnancy Feeding Masterclass
This one-to-one pregnancy feeding masterclass is designed to help you feel informed, prepared and confident about feeding your baby when they arrive. It offers dedicated time with an experienced midwife and IBCLC in Coventry & Warwickshire, allowing space for discussion, questions and practical preparation tailored to you.
I give insightful tips on navigating NHS maternity and how to still reach your feeding goals.
Whether you are planning to breastfeed, bottle feed or combine feeding methods, this session supports you to understand what to expect in the early days and how to get feeding off to the best possible start. Together, we will talk through your plans, previous experiences (if relevant), and any concerns you may have, helping you feel calm and well-prepared for birth and beyond.
This masterclass lasts up to 90 minutes and includes practical guidance, reassurance and clear explanations in a relaxed, supportive setting.
I strongly encourage partners, family members or close supporters to attend if possible. I discuss ways they can support breastfeeding. An informed support network can make a significant difference to a mother’s confidence and experience when establishing feeding.

Out For A Walk – Reflective Feeding & Birth Debrief Support
Sometimes what’s needed most is time, space and a compassionate listening ear.
Out for a Walk offers a supportive opportunity to talk things through while walking together in a local park or green space. Led by a midwife, IBCLC and certified rewind birth trauma therapist covering Coventry and Warwickshire, these sessions are designed to help you reflect, process and move forward emotionally and practically.
This service is particularly suited to parents who want to:
- Talk through current or previous feeding experiences
- Process feeding challenges from a past pregnancy or birth (even if it was years ago)
- Have a lactation or feeding debrief
- Explore feelings around feeding expectations versus reality
- Gain clarity and confidence moving into the next stage
It is suitable during pregnancy or after birth.
If a full feeding assessment or hands-on support is required, a different appointment type would be more appropriate.
What we may cover:
Talking through your feeding journey so far
Processing difficult or unresolved feeding or birth experiences
Exploring emotions around breastfeeding, bottle feeding or mixed feeding
Being outdoors can make these conversations feel easier and less pressured, allowing space for reflection in a calm, natural setting.
