About Natures Way IBCLC
Natures Way IBCLC
Hi, I’m Jas a UK Midwife, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), Birth Trauma Resolution Therapist, Author and Tongue Tie Practitioner.
I’ve spent years supporting women and babies in real-life, high-pressure situations: postnatal wards, recovery after birth, feeding after caesarean, sleepy babies, unsettled babies, painful feeds, and parents who’ve been given five different opinions in one day.
My approach is equal parts clinical and compassionate.
I look at the feeding dyad as a whole your baby’s anatomy, behaviour and milk transfer and your comfort, recovery, hormones, mental load, history and support around you. Many feeding challenges improve quickly when the whole picture is finally understood.

What Makes My Support Different
RM, IBCLC
I understand the NHS system. I can help you navigate what’s available locally, what to ask for, and how to access appropriate support and referrals.
I don’t rush. You’ll feel listened to properly.
I’m deeply practical. You’ll leave with a plan you can follow, not a list of vague suggestions.
You won’t be judged. Breast, bottle, mixed feeding, expressing your goals matter.
My promise
You’ll be met with warmth, skill, and respect and you’ll never be made to feel “too much”
If you’re ready, I’d love to support you.
